We ship 2 times a week and packages generally go out within 1-3 days of ordering.
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS directly.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can accept a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
If you receive damaged/broken items, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can replace your item.
